Seal the joints with the Sintex MS 35 paintable Mastic. Apply two coats of Barbolux glossy finish enamel (colors tunable on the Barbotmix machine), In&Out (also tunable on Barbotmix) or Hiperlux Enamel (also tunable on Barbotmix).

Depending on the type of finish you want, follow these steps:

  • Smooth Finish – Apply two coats of Barbolite Paint (solvent) or Barbocril Paint (aqueous);
  • Elastic Waterproofing Finish Apply two coats of Dioflex Paint;
  • Textured Finish – Apply two coats of Silicor Paint (disguises irregularities).

Painted Surfaces: apply a coat of Anti-Stain Aqueous Primer. Apply a finish identical to the original. Protect the surface with Protection (makes it easier to clean up future graffiti).

Unpainted surfaces (tile, stone, brick, etc.): Remove graffiti with Cleaner. Protect the surface with Protection (makes it easier to clean up future graffiti).

Wash the tiles with Barbot’s Bioshock Cleaning Solution . Make the tile water-repellent by applying BarbotArt AcquaRepele to it.

Wash the façade with a water jet to remove loose paint. If the surface is contaminated with fungi or verdigris, disinfect it with Barbot’s Bioshock Cleaning Solution.

Apply one coat of Isocril Insulator diluted to 50% with Diluent 1425. Repair cracks and fissures and, if necessary, smooth the surface with Waterproof Putty (up to 3mm thick) or Super Facades Putty (no thickness limit). Apply a coat of Barbolite Primer (anti-alkaline and adhesion promoter).

Remove rust with Barbot Anti-rust. Apply two coats of Iron Enamel (glossy enamel for direct application on oxidized surfaces) or Wrought Effect Iron Enamel (enamel for direct application on oxidized surfaces with a wrought iron look).

Sand the surface until the wood is visible. Apply two coats of Prodexor Aqueous Varnish (catalogue colours) or two coats of Prodexor Aqueous Exterior Varnish Colourless.
