At Barbot, quality is more than just an objective. It is a concept present in the company’s daily life, from the selection of raw materials to after-sales services.
Quality, safety and service continue to be fundamental areas, alongside product development, in which we have come to the fore.
In 1991, the Total Quality Programme was implemented and NP EN ISO 9002 Certification was obtained in 1994. In 2001, Barbot was given a Safe Work award, in recognition of its commitment to creating excellent health and safety conditions for its staff.
For its after-sales service, in which quality requires closeness to customers, Barbot also created a national technical consultancy structure. In 2003, the company reached the highest levels of quality, obtaining Certification to NP ISO 9001:2000.
For Barbot, product quality goes hand in hand with the quality and responsibility of its environmental policy.
Barbot is committed to respecting and preserving the environment through an integrated environmental management policy with quality certification (NP ISO 9001:2000).
In this field, Barbot’s objective is to eliminate negative impacts on the environment arising out of its activities, through the production and development of non-environmentally harmful products, the treatment of industrial waste and a reduction in emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Barbot considers environmental management to be a strategic factor for optimising its advantages in the market.
